Mr. Schendt started SEC in 1999. He retired several years ago, but we have been lucky enough to keep him as a consultant! He has over 34 years of experience designing mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, industrial and governmental projects. Specialized design experience includes central utility plants and distribution systems, utilities infrastructure, heating ventilating and air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, and control system design. Ted has extensive experience in the use of computers and various software packages including engineering design analysis programs and computer-aided drafting.
