Company Overview
Schendt Engineering Corporation was established in July 1999 by Ted Schendt, P.E., with the goal of providing quality engineering services to commercial, institutional, governmental, and industrial clients. We have grown from a one-man operation to employing thirteen, including five licensed professional engineers, mechanical and electrical designers, drafting, and accounting staff. Our quality service is instilled by the high moral and ethical standards that are the foundation of our corporate philosophy.
At SEC we have a simple philosophy: take care of our clients at all cost. We measure our success by our repeat clients. Hewlett Packard with over 200 projects spanning 25+ years, the USAF Academy with over 120 projects spanning 25+ years, Colorado College with over 60 projects spanning 20+ years, and the VA Medical Center – Grand Junction with over 20 projects spanning 20+ years are just a few examples.
Partnering is a process we use on virtually every project to encourage teamwork for the mutual benefit of all. As a small business, we team and partner with other small businesses and maintain strong relationships across every project. To be effective, each team member must communicate, recognize, and address issues in a timely manner.
